Job Description

Reporting Responsibilities:

Develop high-quality reports for donors, partners, and government, ensuring compliance with all donor reporting requirements.

Manage reporting workflows between program teams, senior leadership, and headquarters to ensure timely and quality development and review of reports.
Collaborate with program M&E staff to ensure credible monitoring and reporting of program activities.

Lead the identification, research, writing, and reporting of key sector success stories for internal and external audiences.

Edit and finalize reports and communications.

Liaison Responsibilities:

Lead and assist in project registration with relevant government ministries, particularly the Ministry of Economy, ensuring compliance with government requirements.

Prepare Memorandum of Understandings (MoUs) for each project and facilitate the signatory process with government ministries.

Produce and translate official documents for project registration and reporting purposes.

Coordinate the circulation and collection of official documents from field teams for project registration and reporting.

Prepare and respond to official letters received from government ministries or departments.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in liaison and reporting, preferably with international or national NGOs.

Proficiency in internal liaison/M&E policies, processes, and procedures.

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in standard applications like Word and Excel.

Fluency in English, Dari, and Pashto.
