Job Description

 Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Cooperate supply chain department on day to day activities
  • Numbering, Scanning and filing of the procurement documents
  • Preparing RFQs, RFPs other required procurement documents
  • Cooperate procurement staff on the collection of quotation from the market
  • Preparing of the suppliers list taking from the MPAs and procurement documents
 

Job Requirements

Qualification and Requirements:

  • BA degree from Business Administration or other any related field.
  • one to two years work experience in Administration and any other related fields. 
  • Excellent English and Dari/Pashtu.
  • Must have computer skills.
  • Good organizational and reporting skill.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Prior experience working in a multi-cultural environment is an added advantage.

Core Competencies:

  • Proven strong academic track record.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Afghanistan Government Law
  • Experience in collecting and searching data on the Internet.
  • Communication skills in local language are must, command in English language preferred.
  • High level of computer literacy (Excel, Word).
  • Some previous work experience is advantageous.

  • Demonstrated ability to do research
  • Creativity, flexibility and ability to work within deadlines
  • Maturity, initiative, tact and high sense of responsibility
