Main activities and responsibilities:د دندی اصلی فعالیتونه او مسولیتون

• Prepare shelter project design/ BoQ, technical, and implementation of shelter projects at the effected community level.
• د سرپناه پروژې ډیزاین / BoQ، تخنیکي، او د اغیزمنې ټولنې په کچه د سرپناه پروژې پلي کول
• Ensure engineering works carried out to the highest standard and in accordance within the approved project design, budget and timeframe.
• ډاډ ترلاسه کړئ چې انجنیري کارونه په لوړ معیار او د تصویب شوې پروژې د ډیزاین، بودیجې او مهال ویش سره سم ترسره کیږي.
• Lining the foundation of permanent shelter on suitable area of beneficiary land/compound.
•  د ګټه اخیستونکي ځمکې/ احاطې په مناسبه ساحه کې د دایمي سرپناه بنسټ ایښودل
• Provide technical supports/instruction to the shelter beneficiaries for mapping construction Shelter plan.
•  د ساختماني سرپناه پلان نقشه کولو لپاره د سرپناه ګټه اخیستونکو ته تخنیکي ملاتړ/لارښوونې چمتو کول
• Check the quality of materials used for construction inform the beneficiary on right material (in consistency) and immediately report to the SPO any supplies and materials that are not in accordance to agreed specification.
• د سرپناه انجنیر باید د ساختمان لپاره کارول شوي موادو کیفیت وګورئ ګټه اخیستونکو ته د سم او کیفیت لرونکو موادو په اړه خبر ورکړئ .او سمدلاسه دپروژی لوړپوړی افسر SPO ته هر ډول اکمالات او توکي چې د توافق شوي مشخصاتو سره سم ندي راپور ورکړئ
• Ensure the goods have stock and records (in/out/stock) on project sites where found appropriate.
• د سرپناه انجنیرډاډ ترلاسه کړئ چې توکي یا مواد د پروژې په سایټونو کې ذخیره او ریکارډونه (ان/باهر/سټاک) لري چیرې چې مناسب وي.
• Check and record attendance of skilled and unskilled labor and prepare their timesheets accordingly.
• د ماهرو او غیر ماهرو کارګرانو حاضري وڅیړئ او ثبت کړئ او د هغې مطابق د دوی مهال ویش چمتو کړی
• Tracking physical progress of engineering activities and report to SPO and Program  Engineer in regular base.
• د انجنیري فعالیتونو فزیکي پرمختګ تعقیب کړی او په منظمه توګه د لوړپوړی افسر SPO او د پروګرام انجنیر ته راپور ورکړی.
• Ensure the SPO checked the implementation plan before starting the activities in the field.
• ډاډ ترلاسه کړی چې دی پروژی لوړپوړی SPO په ساحه کې د فعالیتونو پیل کولو دمخه د پلي کولو پلان چیک کړی.
• Check and review of labor attendance sheet and coordinate with Project senior officer and finance department before distribution of labor cost.
• د کارګرو د حاضری کتنه وکړی او بیاکتنه وکړئ او د کار د لګښت د ویشلو دمخه د پروژې لوړ پوړي افسر او د مالیې څانګې سره همغږي کړئ.
• Assist community projects (Shelter Construction) and advise skilled labor and community for any engineering activities.
• د ټولنی سره د پروژو (سرپناه جوړونې) په پار مرسته کول او د هر ډول انجینري فعالیتونو لپاره ماهر کارګرانو او ټولنې ته مشوره ورکول.
• Ensure the project labor paid according to standard of cash for work cluster rate.
• ډاډ ترلاسه کړئ چې د پروژې کارګر د کار کلستر نرخ لپاره د نغدو معیار سره سم تادیه کیږي.
• Provide professional supervision and guidance for community shelters beneficiary groups
• د ټولنې د سرپناه ګټه اخیستونکو ډلو لپاره مسلکي نظارت او لارښود چمتو کول
• Ensure no Child labor within the project.
• ډاډ ترلاسه کړئ چې د پروژې په اوږدو کې هیڅ ماشوم د پروژی کار ونکړی
• In participation of the shelter owner to identify the milestones of activities on the basses of technical manual and sign relevant MoUs with each beneficiary that  parties are clear on their responsibilities along shelter construction period.
•  د سرپناه د مالک په برخه کې د تخنیکي لارښود په اساس د فعالیتونو مرحلې وپیژني او د هر ګټه اخیستونکي سره اړونده تفاهم لیکونه لاسلیک کړي چې ټول اړخونه د سرپناه جوړولو په موده کې د دوی مسؤلیتونو باندې روښانه وي.
• Concern shelter engineer will use ESNFI Cluster standard tools and technical guideline for the re-assessment and final beneficiary selection processes.
• د کنسرن سرپناه انجینر به د ESNFI کلستر معیاري وسیلې او تخنیکي لارښود د بیا ارزونې او د ګټه اخیستونکو وروستي انتخاب پروسې لپاره وکاروي.
• Attend coordination meetings with ESNFI Cluster teams and government related department on the district and province where there is a need.
• په ولسوالیو او ولایت کې د ESNFI کلستر ټیمونو او د دولت اړوند څانګې سره د همغږۍ په غونډو کې ګډون وکړئ چیرې چې اړتیا وي
• Any other related duties as assigned by the SPO  or  Programme Engineer  or his/her representative (line manger)
• د سرپناه نورې اړوندې دندې لکه څنګه چې د SPO یا د پروګرام انجینر یا د هغه استازی (د پروژی مدیر) لخوا ګمارل شوي

Monitoring څارنه:

• Conduct regular field visits, monitor progression milestones against the plan for each permanent shelter.
• منظمی ساحوي لیدنې ترسره کړئ، د هر دایمي سرپناه لپاره د پلان په وړاندې د پرمختګ مرحلې څارنه وکړئ
• Report on project activities at frequency required by Line manager.
• د لاین مدیر لخوا د اړتیا په فریکونسۍ کې د پروژې فعالیتونو راپورورکړی
• Make recommendations on how design of future projects can improve.
• په دې اړه سپارښتنې وکړئ چې د راتلونکو پروژو ډیزاین څنګه ښه کیدای شي
• Following the technical inspection of the damaged shelters, shelter Engineer will provide beneficiary families with implementation plans, BoQs, and clearly defined milestones that are conditional to receiving detailed in a signed MoU.

• د زیانمن شوي سرپناه د تخنیکي لیدنی وروسته، د سرپناه انجینر به ګټه اخیستونکو کورنیو ته د پلي کولو پلانونه، BoQs، او په واضح ډول تعریف شوي مرحلې چمتو کړي چې په لاسلیک شوي تفاهم لیک کې د توضیحاتو ترلاسه کولو لپاره مشروط دي

Reporting and communicationراپور ورکوول او ارتباط

• Develop and submit accurate monthly work plans and reports to the  SPO .  These reports should include technical progression of activities and field findings.
•  د پروژی لوړپوړی افسر SPO ته دقیق میاشتني کاري پلانونه او راپورونه چمتو او وسپاري. په دې راپورونو کې باید د فعالیتونو تخنیکي پرمختګ او د ساحې  اړوند موندنې شامل وي
• Prepare and submit accurate reports to the SPO and Programme  Eng.
• د SPO او پروګرام انجینر ته دقیق راپورونه چمتو او وسپارئ

Capacity building ظرفیت جوړونه

• Introducing and implementing of designed activities to beneficiaries.
• ګټه اخیستونکو ته د ډیزاین شوي فعالیتونو معرفي کول او پلي کول
• Have knowledge of Pakhsa and transitional shelters wooden pole roofing work.
• د پخسی او انتقالي سرپناه د لرګي د قطب چت د کار په اړه پوهه ولرئ
• Monitoring of daily wages labours and ensure presence of  skill and un skills labours in
•  د ورځني مزد کارګرانو څارنه او د مهارو او غیر مهارت لرونکو کارګرانو شتون ډاډمن کول
• Preparing of labours attendance sheet for payment
• د مزدورانو د مزد د اجرا موولو لپاره د کارګرانو د حاضري پاڼې چمتو کول
• Timely project planning and implementation
• په خپل وخت د پروژې پلان تطبیق کوول.

Checking of local materials (stone, gravel, soil . wooden pole ….) and market (cement, pipe…….) and shelters constriction Martials

د محلي موادو چک کول ( ډبره، جغل، خاوره. د لرګیو قطبه ....) او مارکیټ (سیمنټ، پایپ …….) او د سرپناه د ساختمانی موادو معاینه کوول
