Ensure the safety and security of staff, premises, and assets at all times. Monitor and control the movement of visitors and vehicles within and around the premises. Create and maintain a safe and comfortable working environment for all employees. Operate and monitor CCTV systems to detect and report suspicious or adverse activities. Provide regular safety and security training to staff and security personnel. Review and validate weekly movement plans of field teams and ensure proper tracking. Participate in INSO and NGO security coordination meetings and roundtables. Conduct security assessments of provinces, districts, routes, and compounds, and apply appropriate risk mitigation measures. Respond promptly and effectively to security emergencies or incidents. Liaise and maintain communication with relevant actors including ANSF, NGOs, and other organizations. Conduct regular checks on all security equipment including radios, phones, metal detectors, mirrors, safe rooms, fire extinguishers, airlocks, and padlocks. Supervise and monitor the performance of guards and radio operators. Stay updated on the political and security context of the region and inform staff accordingly. Develop and maintain a reliable network of security information sources. Draft and submit daily, bi-weekly, and monthly security reports.
