Pamir Rabat’s preform and closures are designed for mineral water and carbonated soft drinks, although the size and weight of both can be tailored upon request. Job Description:

Job brief

Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.

Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services  Present sales,
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence. Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
  • A sales manager is responsible for meeting the sales targets of the organization through effective planning and budgeting.
  • A sales manager can't work alone.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner with and passion for sales
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
