About Move Welfare Organization

MOVE is a National humanitarian, independent, non-political, non-sectarian organization which is aiming for an equitable & quality standard health care for all Afghans throughout its endless effort to response to highly vulnerable group, mother & children, who are victim of various deadly diseases as well as having the high rates of morbidity & mortality in the country.

The policy of MOVE is to conduct the activities honorably and ethically, in the illumination of public accountability and consistency with applicable laws, rules, guidelines and practices to non-governmental agencies.                         
 MOVE Welfare Organization has been founded in 2005 by a group of professionals in health care management. MOVE was registered with Ministry of Economy (Reg. No. 45) & signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Ministry of Public Health on 21.11.2005 (MoU No. 05). Since January 2011, STEP Health and Development Organization Merged with MOVE Welfare Organization and working as on entity under the name of MOVE Welfare Organization.

Job Description

  1. Act according to the policy and regulation of MOVE organization.
  2. Ensure and review the project planning and implementation on regular bases
  3. Ensure for the project target achievements based on sat target 
  4. Ensure proper monitoring and supervision of the projects
  5. Responsible for F/up of project targets, performance indicators achievements and staff performances.
  6. Lead internal coordination activities and meetings for strengthens of project results  
  7. Conduct regular monitoring as per monitoring plan from the field and provide feedback to technical and operation departments
  8. Coordinate program activities with PPHOs, community, BPHS/EPHS, UNs and provincial counsel and authorities
  9. Key negotiation and agreements with communities and local authorities.
  10. Provide guidance on the management of all human and material resources linked to the project.
  11. Responsible for the project staff performance based on their job description.
  12. Ensure the freedom movement and security of the staff all time.
  13. Maintain the autonomy of organization to employ staff on a merit bases free from ethnic discrimination.
  14. Identify and report immediately any problem which in interfere in the delivery of services or in achieving the program objectives to his/ her immediate supervisor.
    1. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annually project reports.
    2. Responsible for evaluations of program staff regarding the needs and quality service providing.
    3. Develop concrete evaluation indicators for the program.
    4. Ensure the freedom movement and security of the staff all time.
    5. Maintain the autonomy of ORGANIZATION to employ staff on a merit bases free from ethnic discrimination.
    6. Tracking of financial work plan with the project plan activities
    7. To represent ORGANIZATION in all related issues.

Do whatever related job is delegated by the MOVE HQ staff and & Program manager

 

Job Requirements
