Job Description

The main promise of Rasikh Construction company is to implement the projects according to the design and specification of the projects and ensure transparency and accountability during the project implementation, finally, we can say that the company promises to complete the projects promptly and according to the project specification.

 

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Planning and Execution:

- Develop a comprehensive project plan, considering all project requirements, resources, timelines, and deliverables.

- Organize and lead project meetings, ensuring clear communication and collaboration with the company and UWASS.

- Allocate project resources effectively and manage the project budget, ensuring optimal utilization of available funds.

- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.

2. Project Monitoring and Control:

- Monitor progress, provide regular project status updates, and implement corrective actions as needed to keep the project on track.

- Ensure adherence to project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.

- Monitor project expenses, regularly review budget reports, and implement cost-control measures.

3. Stakeholder Management:

- Maintain effective communication with the Company and UWASS, including contractors, suppliers, and government authorities.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with the company to ensure their active involvement and support throughout the project lifecycle.

- Address any concerns and conflicts promptly and professionally to maintain positive project relationships.

4. Team Leadership:

- Provide leadership and guidance to the project team, ensuring that roles, responsibilities, and expectations are well-defined.

- Motivate and inspire team members to perform their best and to promote a positive and productive work environment.

- Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant records.

- Prepare regular project reports for management, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommended actions.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.

- At least 6 years’ experience as a Project Manager, in water supply projects.

- Strong knowledge of water supply systems and related infrastructure.

- Experience in managing projects in compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

- Proficient in project management software and tools.
