Job Description

  • The plumber will test pipe systems and fixtures for leaks (Hydrostatic and pressure tests).
  • The plumber will ensure all required repairs are carried out efficiently and effectively.
  • Visually inspect equipment and operate test equipment such as pressure and vacuum gauges to determine the cause and location of trouble.
  • Clear obstructions from sink drains and toilets.
  • Estimate costs of installations and repairs.
  • The plumber will repair and maintain plumbing fixtures, appliances and trim.
 

Job Requirements

  • Knowledge of plumbing and vocational certification in the field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experienced + highly skilled in assembling, modifying and repairing plumbing systems and tools.
  • Well versed in installing pipes fixtures of heating, water and drainage systems.
  • Good knowledge of plumbing codes, trade practices and commercial plumbing protocols.
  • Ability to estimate materials, labor and equipment costs.
  • Proven ability to maintain records and organize daily activity reports.
