Background:
Youth Health and Development Organization (YHDO) is an Afghanistan nongovernmental organization that promotes health, and advocate for the right of young people in the country. YHDO will implement the HIV NFM grant (Scaling up HIV interventions among Key Affected Populations in Afghanistan) in Balkh, Badakhshan and Kunduz provinces. Therefore, YHDO is looking to recruit a qualified Nurse for OST in Balkh province to perform the activities which are related to the OST center in the province.
Position Description:
The Nurse will be responsible for the overall management of the health center and representing YHDO to the community stakeholders. The Nurse will work under the supervision of the Facility Coordinator will be reportable to the Facility Coordinator.
Specific Responsibilities:
1. Faculty of Nursing
2. Three years of experience in health-related field
3. Experience of working in managing health projects
3. Knowledge of use of computer office program
4. Excellent oral and writing skills in Pashto and Dari language
