Job Description

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

He or she is responsible to follow the ruels and regulation of YHDO
OST health worker responsible for full time work .
To actively participate in regular management and Clinical Supervision of Drop in Centre or health center in prison.
To keep full and contemporaneous clinical records and statistics of OST clients
To dispense OST according to the protocol and doctor technical guidances.
Follow up of OST procurement and health facility stock .
To assess, manage and treat individual clients with minor illness according to agreed protocols.
To participate in Harm reduction training for clients, specifically concerning OST dispensing
Prepare monthly activities report to his line manager
To perform emergency first care if needed
Perform other related activities assigned by his line manage

Job Requirements

Skills and Qualifications Required:

University degree in health, or graduated from the recognized nursing institute.
Strong understanding of primary health care services.
Understanding of basic lab tests Hbs, HCV, HIV, syphilis and etc.
3 years of working experience in the nursing area.
Experience in working in drug prevention, IDU.
Strong interpersonal and team skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
Ability to show initiative, manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines
Proven skills in effective teamwork.

Skills Required

Skills to provide sensitive and appropriate medical counseling.
