Job Description

Purpose of the task:
Registration of real estate buyers and sellers in order to create transactions between them.

Method of shortlisting candidates:

The operator of this position, should be able to register 10-15 real estate sale requests (sellers) and 5-10 real estate purchase requests ( buyers ) on the website of SABASHAMAL.COM through his user online.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Online and field search of real estate sales & purchase requests and ensure their accuracy.
2. Creating a "work network" with local and social relations in the field of activities in order to receive real estate sales & purchase requests and daily strong communication with the work network.
3. Field marketing and daily survey of business partners (all people who can be real estate sellers or buyers or can connect us to them).
4. Registration of real estate buyers and sellers on the company's website on a daily basis.
5. Efforts to bring the registered requests to a conclusion and turn them into real estate transactions.
6. Coordination with the client in order to visit the desired properties.
7. Establishing constructive and effective coordination between buyers and sellers and referring them to the company to conclude transactions.
8. Online marketing through social networks to attract and register new customers and refer requests to them.
9. Sharing registered requests through social networks.
10. Setting the stage for the customer to visit the registered properties through the work network.

Job Requirements

Having a laptop computer or a smart mobile phone and having the skills to use them.
• Ability to use the Internet, email and managinng social networks.
• Ability to create an account on the website and register online applications .
• Online marketing and strong communication with customers through social networks
• Create an account on social networks and share activities
• Ability to use Word, Excel and image design programs
• Taking photo of the properties and edit it to add to the website.
• Ability to cover the costs of Internet and communications and transportation costs ( all expenses will be paid by the candidate and the company will not be liable for it).
• Ability to perform the task by delaying the resposibilitiea and all expencese points until the end of the any transaactions. No points will be paid if you do not make a transaction.
• Build teams and networks through strong relationships with business partners.
• Responsibility for requests that registered on the website by the marleter
• Having legal knowledge in order to separate property documents and review transactions
Team player and self manager
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Diploma or Bachelor degree in Social sience social Sciences or any will be preferred
work experience in the field of real estate sales and marketing will be preferred.
Having 1-2 years of work experience in the marketing.
those who are actually engaged in the marketing profession are given priority.
Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure with a high degree of accuracy.
Preference is given to those who have a formal real estate consultant license
Online maketer must work online and in the field; They will prepare their work report online. This task will be remotely controlled. There is no specific place to do the job.
Female Marketers can work from home and online.
