Conditions:

Responsibilities and Duties of the First Provincial Representatives
1. Collecting the list of non-governmental organizations and private institutions active in the respective province;
2. Meeting and coordination with non-governmental organizations and private institutions to introduce the first programs;
3. Concluding employment contracts with non-governmental organizations and private institutions;
4. Pursuing the implementation of works contracted with non-governmental organizations and private institutions;
5. Advertising of Ulnish programs on social networks;
6. Beneficial recruitment in the online education section of Belni (Belgi);
7. Active participation in online weekly and monthly meetings;
8. Thinking about first-time plans, and sharing ideas for improving plans with headquarters
9. Helping the first to achieve the goals; And
10. Other responsibilities and duties assigned by the headquarters of the first.
