:هدف وظیفه

انسجام واداره مؤثرامورفنی واداری کلینیک مربوطه به منظورعرضه خدمات صحی مؤثروباکیفیت به مردم نیازمند ساحه تحت پوشش کلینیک درمطابقت به مجموعه خدمات صحی اساسی ( BPHS )

:مکلفیت ومسؤلیت های وظیفوی

تهیه وترتیب پلان کاری ماهواروسالانه مرکزصحی وتهیه پلان آماده گی پاسخ به حوادث عاجل و غیرمترفبه طبیعی وانسانی درساحه مربوطه

شناسائی گروپ های مورد هدف درساحه تحت پوشش کلینیک به همکاری کارکنان صحی جامعه وسایردست اندرکاران
 ایجاد شورای صحی محل وتدویرجلسات ماهوارآن به منظور تآمین ارتباط بهتربامردم وپایدارساختن عرضه خدمات صحی.
تهیه لست نوکریوالی 24 ساعته پرسونل کلینیک
نظارت وکنترول ازتمام فعالیتهای یومیه کلینیک شامل خدمات کوتاه مدت داخل بستروشبانه در صورت ضرورت به مریضان
شناسائی گروپ های صحي ساحوي درساحه تحت پوشش کلینیکحصول اطمینان ازپزیرش مریضان رجعت داده شده به کلینیک ورجعت دادن مریضان نیازمند جهت دریافت تداوی جامع تر ویا تعقیب تداوی به قدمه های بالاترعرضه خدمات صحی
جمع آوری معلومات دقیق ومعتبرازفعالیت های انجام شده درکلینیک واکمالات به موقع تجهیزات، ادویه وسایراجناس مورد ضرورت کلینیک
ایجاد وحفظ سیستم درست کنترول انتان درکلینیک وایجاد سیستم درست رفع ودفع کثافات ( System Waste Management ) جهت جلوگیری از ملوث شدن محیط زیست وجلوگیری ازانتشارانتانات
حصول اطمینان ازتوزیع خدمات یکسان به همه نیازمندان درساحه تحت پوشش وتوجه به معیوبین
تهیه گزارش ازتمام فعالیت های کلینیک به صورت ربع وارو سالانه وارائه آن به ریاست

صحت عامه ولایت

Other Duties: 

• Prescribe routine and basic treatments according the protocol used in respecting the drug dosage based on the patient
• Adapt and change of medical treatment as required.
• Compile the daily and weekly data and share with health supervisor on weekly basis.
• Work in collaboration with the nurses and Midwifes to ensure quality medical care provision.
• Work as a member of the team, taking in consideration the non-medical problems encountered by the patients (feeding and caring problems).
• Transmit clear instruction to the nurse on medical care and specific monitoring of the patient
• Refer complicated cases of patient’s children illnesses to referral hospital.
• Assist the program team on gathering monthly reporting
• Work in collaboration with the mobile team members to achieve the objectives.
• Provide direct patient care.
• liaising daily with staff including other doctors and non-medical management staff
• Writing reports and maintaining records
• Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Skills Required

• Communication Skills
• Fluency in Pashto&Dari
