MOVE is a National humanitarian, independent, non-political, non-sectarian organization which is aiming for an equitable & quality standard health care for all Afghans throughout its endless effort to response to highly vulnerable group, mother & children, who are victim of various deadly diseases as well as having the high rates of morbidity & mortality in the country.

The policy of MOVE is to conduct the activities honorably and ethically, in the illumination of public accountability and consistency with applicable laws, rules, guidelines and practices to non-governmental agencies.                         
 MOVE Welfare Organization has been founded in 2005 by a group of professionals in health care management. MOVE was registered with Ministry of Economy (Reg. No. 45) & signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Ministry of Public Health on 21.11.2005 (MoU No. 05). Since January 2011, STEP Health and Development Organization Merged with MOVE Welfare Organization and working as on entity under the name of MOVE Welfare Organization.

Job Description

1. Act according to the policy and regulation of Organization
2. Responsible for conducting training and capacity building activities in all HFs and CBHC program in close coordination with PNO, CBHC and capacity building officer.  
3. In coordination with project manager follow up of the related coordination meeting at province level.
4. Plan and Conduct regular campaigns of WIFS and MNP at the health post and health facilities level based on the project work plan.
5. In coordination with operation officer support any procurement for training.
6. Help with project manager to compile campaign reports including the statistic and figures part of the reports.
7. Provide on time reporting of WIFS and MNP campaign to PO and HQ (collect the monthly report of CHWs and send them to HQ).
8. Develop spirit of coordination and understanding among project staff.
9. Responsible to prepare the action plan and ToR of the trainings and facilitating the training based on the ToR.
10. Responsible to frequent travel to project field sites.
11. Preparing the cost estimation of the training including the DSA and OSA of participants and training all experience.
12. Conduct food demonstration session by HPs 
13. Making standard learning materials for the training including time table/ schedule.
14. Responsible for conducting nutrition trainings (CBNP, WIFS/MNP. IMAM and MIYCN) with standards of ToT and ETS...
15. Preparing the training payment sheet participants list and its report.
16. Preparing the training reports and update the training database on time.
17. Prepare monthly activities report and submit to provincial office and HQ.
18. Participant in coordination meetings (PHD, UNICEF and project management meeting)
19. Conduct regular supervision and monitoring of the training and prepare its report.
20. To represent Organization in all related activities at the provincial level.
21. Do whatever job related job to the project, delegated by supervisor.
