Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities:

The Jobholder shall be accountable for the following tasks and responsibilities:

Effectively manages the Media & Digital Marketing Department
Liaises with the Sales and Marketing team on a regular basis to obtain feedback on specific marketing needs
Ensures that the marketing budget is carefully managed and all expenditure records are up to date and ready to report. Work as per the audit requirements and specifications.
Covers the Dy.CMO in his absence.
Ensures Bank’s Management guidelines and policies are followed
Assists the Marketing Department in the performance and its functions
Over all monitoring of all Marketing related activities and report to CMO on time.
Responsible for Compatibility of all agreement accordance with Laws and regulation of Afghanistan.
Supervising of all branches from marketing aspect and other related department of Marketing
Collation and checking of performance reports for all related departments and Sections.
Monitoring all Writing Reports, Topics about activates of bank in newsletter and other social Medias.
Collating Indoor Marketing section report for periodic reports to the CMO
-Coordination with all branches of bank for brand promotion.
Coordination and Monitoring gatherings and events for brand promotion and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) activities.
Checking the correctness of activity reports of Sales Marketing Officers.
Monitor and adopt the best practices towards process & quality control of various operational activities of departments and the bank.
Responsible to review the target achievement of the BDOs as per instructions from CMO.
Preparation of report as per the requirement of CMO
Provides occasional secretarial, recruitment or administrative support and backup to the Head – Marketing & Corporate Communications.
Understands branches’ requirements and provides marketing support.
Any other work allocated by CMO/ Dy. CEO/CEO

Smart Objectives/Key Performance Indicators (KPI):

Effectively manage the Indoor Marketing - Media and Digital Marketing Department,
Liaise with the Marketing and Sales team on a regular basis to obtain feedback on specific marketing needs,
Ensure that the marketing budget is carefully managed and all expenditure records are up to date,
Supervising of all branches from marketing aspect,
Monitoring and Writing Reports, Topics and other print materials for newspapers, website, social media etc.

Job Requirements

Required qualifications and skills:

Minimum working experience in the related field of marketing & business development ,Banking, 5-7 years.
Banks/Advertising/Telecom/FMCG/Media/PR/Market Research
Excellent Excel skills, attention to detail. Must be fluent in English, Dari & Pashto. Knowledge of Urdu will be an additional advantage. Excellent oral & written communication skills.

Pro-active and constructive attitude, initiative, self-confidence, excellent analytical and reporting skills. Quick learner.
