Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

Initiate the smart oilfields development plan which is divided into stages.
Implement the smart oilfields development plan with an annual plan and quarterly, and monthly work program.
Initiate, recruit, and follow up the organization of the smart oilfields experts, engineers, and workers.
Initiate, and follow up on the MR/SR related to the smart oilfields system.
Led a technical support team for a smart oilfields system and tackled all issues and related problems.
Improving the smart oilfields system through responses from the different users.
Support the oil exploration and development through the smart oilfields system.
Any other tasks assigned by VP Operation.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements：

Excellent understanding of best practices of smart oil field development and applications.
Excellent to apply new technologies esp. AI into smart oil fields.
Excellent level MS Office.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Ability to initiate and detail plan the Smart oil fields strategy and procedures from stage one to fully functional.
Ability to manage the implementation of the smart oil field construction and setup procedures.
Excellent organizational skills needed for managing workload and meeting deadlines.
Ability to produce accurate work.
Ability to deploy the latest technologies of IT (esp. AI) to the advancement of smart oilfields.
Excellent to work in a multi-cultural environment.

Job Purpose:

Responsible for the initiating, plan, implementation, maintenance, and training of the Company’s smart oil fields strategies, plans and procedures.
