Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

Work with the Chief Geophysicist to finalize the exploration plan with stages and different methods.
Implement the oil exploration plan with an annual plan and quarterly, and monthly work program.
Prepare SR/MR related to all explorations and the SOW to facilitate the tendering process of the exploration operations.
Led a technical support team for exploration operations and tackled all issues and problems related to achieving the targets.
Monitor the progress of the exploration operations and activities.
Improving the exploration operations of time, costs, and quality through all means of technical, logistical, contractor management, etc.
Any other tasks assigned by VP Operation.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements：

Excellent understanding of best practices of oil and gas exploration operations.
Excellent to apply new technologies to the exploration.
Excellent level MS Office.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Excellent communication, co-ordinate with the contractors of explorations.
Ability to initiate, plan, and execution of exploration activities (Geological research, Geophysical surveys, seismic data processing and interpretations, exploration well drilling and etc.).
Ability to manage the implementation of exploration operations in terms of costs, schedule, technical, HSE, community relations, etc.
Ability to prepare the tender documents for all the activities of Operations (Exploration).
Excellent organizational skills are needed for managing workload and meeting deadlines.
Ability to produce accurate work.
Ability to deploy the latest technologies of exploration to the advancement of oil exploration for better results.
Excellent to work in a multi-cultural environment.

Job Purpose:

Responsible for managing the Company’s exploration activities to achieve the targets of technical, commercial, HSE, etc. with the best international practices and procedures.
