Job Description

To provide logistics and other support to the implementation of AHF project in Farsi Adraskan, Shindand, Gulran, and Kushk-e-Kuhna districts of Herat;
Responsible for planning and oversee of renovation works of health sub-centers (HSCs) and other health facilities; Logistics Officer/Engineer
Ensure that the solar systems are properly installed in HSCs and are in good working order;
Ensure that all project vehicles log books are filled according to AADA standards.
Procurement of medical and non- medical materials;
Implement and manage a system of bin/stock cards are kept for all items in medical stock.
Keep an up-to-date list of inventories;
Send all waybills and GRNs to the office of origin quickly and accurately, signing and noting any discrepancies.

Job Requirements

Diploma or above qualification in civil engineering disciplines.
Proven experience in construction work and building maintenance;
Familiar with AutoCAD and MS Project software’s,
Proficient in MS office (esp. excel and world);
To be local resident;
Must have a working knowledge of English;
Fluency in written and spoken local languages;
Knowledge of local environment;
