Job Description

The logistics officer must ensure that procurements are done according to AADA procurement procedures;
Monitoring the daily progression of all requested goods and services on a daily basis;
Ensure major repairs are done in a timely manner.
Ensure that all emergency drug items are available in related boxes
Logistic officer is responsible for arranging the hall and venue for the conferences/trainings and meetings outside and inside of the office.
Delivers the procured goods to the relevant sites and collects the good receipts notes.
Any other task given by line manager.
Note: Measurement of standard of performance is based on judgment by the immediate supervisor on his/her own observation, feedback from the staff, and the community

Job Requirements

Must be Afghan National
Must be graduated from recognized Economic faculty or social sciences.
Work experience is advantageous.
Must understand Pashto/ Dari languages
