Job Description

  • File and labels all the HR files and document of HR Department.
  • To ensure that filing system is up to date and all HR documents are well maintained.
  • Perform general duties to include but not limited to photocopying, mailing, filing and scanning of HR documents.
  • Timesheets review on monthly basis , to ensure that staff attendance and timesheets checked and filled properly on monthly basis.
  • Assist in tracking leave of employees and update the timesheets on monthly basis.
  • To maintain and update employee personal files regularly.
  • Prepare Interview packages for panel members whenever interview scheduled.
  • To check staff timesheets with Attendance report and make sure both are same.
  • Scheduling interviews as requested.
  • Always Insuring confidentiality of HR matters.
  • Scanning of HR documents/ Files.
  • Follow up with HR daily tasks.
  • Inform short-listed candidates for test/interviews and the result.
  • Proper record keeping of recruitment files.
  • Update the staff contact lists on monthly basis.
  • Provide orientations for new employees by explaining the HR Policies.
  • Preparing new employee personnel files.
  • Provide a copy of new joiner’s agreement and Tazkira to Finance department.
  • Prepare HR documents for Internal Audit/ External Audit review whenever requested by IA.
  • Provide support to HR Colleagues in managing day-to-day HR activities.
  • Assist in Interview and recruitment procedure.
  • Perform other related duties assigned by supervisor.

 

Job Requirements

  • Two years of Experience in  an equivalent/similar position.
  • A university degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good follow-up and organizing skills.
  • Ability to handle diversified activities at a single time.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to create a supportive working relationship with with all team members within the department and organization.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency to speak and write professionally in languages like Dari, Pashto, and English.
