Job Description

Purpose of this announcement:

We intend to hire a qualified HR and Administrative body to fill the gap of this vacant in our structure. The overall purpose of this position is to pursue the human resources and general administrative management tasks of APWDO. The HR part of the job is limited with few activities (30%), while the Administrative part of this position fills the other 70%. The incumbent will be responsible for performing the tasks penned under the Duties & Responsibilities section of this announcement.

Duties & Responsible:

As Human Resources Responsible, you ought to perform below task:

  • Assist top management in attracting CVs and qualified applicant
  • Assist senior management in developing CVs & JDs for its projects 
  • Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts
  • Control the staff attendance and leaves
  • Prepare all HR files as per the HR policy of the organization 

As Administrative responsible you ought to perform the below tasks:

  • Process the procurement document (requests, invoices, payments) on a monthly basis
  • Administrate the monthly expenditures of in-office activities (Lunch, transport, electricity & internet bills, etc.)
  • Organize a weekly lunch menu and coordinate with the kitchen department to timely provide the food and drinks.
  • Allocate a monthly expenses budget for the activities mentioned above.
  • Develop Admin-related documents and keep records of administrative expenditures.
  • Track the employee's attendance sheets, print required documents, and report to top management.
  • Any other administrative related activities left unsaid.

Job Requirements

Education & Skills:

The applicant must be well-educated and accustomed to HR and Administrative Job Descriptions and roles. He/she must have adequate experience in the local context. We prefer experience and know-how to bold certifications but no knowledge. Therefore, if you are experienced in the same field, and you satisfy the interview panel members with your answers and know-how of similar circumstances. Then, Congrats, You are selected!

In general, the applicant must:

Possess a BBA degree (not mandatory)

Possess a high school certificate (Mandatory).

Must know English Language and HR & Admin technical vocabulary – preference will be given to 50 % English Interaction skills & 50 % English writing skills (Mandatory)

The applicant must have at least 3-5 years of relevant HR & Administrative experience (Mandatory)

The applicant must be an excellent communicator, possess a professional attitude, Flexible, Team worker & independent worker.
