About Organization for Research & Community Development (ORCD )

Organization for Research & Community Development (ORCD) is a Non-governmental, Non-political, Non-profitable and independent organization founded in 2010 by a group of community development and research specialist. The aim of the organization is to contribute to the development of Afghanistan as an integral part of the international community. It envisages accomplishing its aims by building local capacities, generating evidence in various disciplines, promoting evidence-based on best practices and implementing development projects aimed at community development at the grass root level. ORCD is a multi-donor funded NGO, implementing health, agriculture and community development projects in several provinces of the country.
ORCD would like to implement Mobile Health and Nutrition Services (MHNT) Logar province funded by (UNICEF) for which it would like to seek qualified people.

Job Description

  1. Taking part in class oriented and on job training of HMIS
  2. Supervision of HMIS data flow of the project
  3. Supplying of health facilities with sufficient HMIS tools
  4. Compiling of HMIS reports , data entry and analysis and giving feedbacks to the health facilities
  5. Analyzing of the proportion of monthly and quarterly achievements with the  proposed targets of the project
  6. Preparing the monthly and quarterly HMIS reports
  7. To take part as subcommittee and PHCC meeting.
  8. Perform any other by her project manager and supervisor as needed.
 

Job Requirements

  1. Graduated from a recognized medical university 
  2. Excellent in local Languages and as well as  of English language
  3. Knowledge of computer office packages
  4. Previous PHC and management experience will be an advantage
  5. Self-motivated
  6. Must be honest active, well-mannered and healthy.
  7. To be polite and co-operative with office colleagues and have a nice presentation.
