Job Description

  • In collaboration with the Programs, MEAL and operations departments lead the HesabPay pilot project.
  • Plan and facilitate regular meetings with HesabPay to discuss the progress and report challenges related to HesabPay.
  • Coordinate HesabPay-related activities between IRC departments and HesabPay.
  • Reguerly update project tools and share the necessary documents and information with HesabPay.
  • Make sure IRC staffs and clients trained for HesabPay procedures and software and how to collect their assistances.
  • Weekly follow-up should be done with HesabPay and progress reports should be shared with IRC related departments.
  • Ensure robust and timely monitoring is carried out during interventions. Oversee the collation of data into MEAL tools to ensure accurate records are kept of all interventions.
  • Support related programs/project teams at Kabul and provincial level to ensure they receive timely updates regarding HesabPay and guidance required to meet their responsibilities.
  • Ensure involved IRC’s programs have up-to-date information on the affected and targeted community and coordinates beneficiary lists and necessary lists for payment to HesabPay.
  • Ensure Program implementation is on time, target and budget using effective MEAL systems to reach desired impacts.
  • Support the field staff in conducting trainings related to HesabPay.
  • Always ensure looping grant team in the communication with HesabPay.
  • Ensure close coordination with the target communities, local government authorities and other humanitarian implementing partners including UN Agencies.
  • Support the project consultant in completing the study/learing on HesabPay project.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
  • Draft final project reports that accurately detail IRC’s work and monitoring results.

Any other duty assigned by direct supervisor.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor in Business Administration and or relevant with at least 5 years of experience working with NGOs or development agencies in humanitarian response.
  • Experience of managing distribution programming ideally in kind/ cash distribution.
  • Experience of supporting emergency respsone program through electric cash and HesabPay.
  • Assessment, monitoring and evaluation skills in particular data collection, collation and analysis.
  • Extensive training experience including designing and delivering training plans and providing training to the trainers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good English language and IT skills in particular Microsoft Office programs.
  • Familiar with softwares using by humanitarian programs such Kobo, COMM care….  
  • Must be able to function effectively in fluid, loosely structured but complex work environment and to set appropriate priorities.
  • Able to travel to the project sites and areas where assessments distribution and monitoring will take place
