Job Description

Must be familiar with society, culture, and geographical structure of Bamyan to enhance the working procedure and cash distributions plan accordingly.
Assist Finance Officer/Finance Assistant in preparing collecting documents for indirect cash distributions for beneficiaries.
Providing support to team members during the monthly and yearly closure of the accounts.
Assist in posting of daily transaction into spreadsheet.
Assist in maintain a proper filling system for Finance department and make sure every voucher is well placed and stamped.
Assist team to provide documents upon internal/external audit requests.
Make sure each voucher is copied, Scanned, and filled before sending the documents to Kabul office
Having good relationship with other department staff and vendors.
Make sure payments and receipts are in accordance with finance procedures.
Any other Task assigned by direct / technical supervisors.

Job Requirements

Must have knowledge of computer office package especially MS Excel and MS word packages.
High School diploma is must, fresh graduate of bachelor will be preferred.
Detail orientated, organized, and able to work well in fast paced environment.
Should be able to work in cross-cultural environment.
Working knowledge English and Dari/Pashtu.
