Community World Service Asia is a regional non-governmental organization, which implements humanitarian and development activities in Asia. The Regional Representative heads the program in Asia. According to the strategic plan, the Head of communications requires A Communication & Data management Officer based in Kabul with frequent travel to field to assist in effectively providing visibility and promotion to all programs and projects.
Specific responsibilities:
Qualification/Experience:
Degree of Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
2-3 years practical experience and implementation of humanitarian projects.
Advanced computer skills and knowledge of computer software such as AutoCAD,
Excel, Word, etc. are essential.
Skill/Competencies: Effective mobilization skills, computer skills
Languages: Good English and Pashto are essential,
