HealthNet TPO is a Netherlands based not for profit, non-governmental organization founded on the principle that access to affordable quality health care is a basic human right. HealthNet TPO works with interdisciplinary professionals to develop and implement innovative, culturally appropriate, evidence based public health interventions with a focus on: innovative development of health systems, mental health and psychosocial care, long and short term training of health workers, control of communicable diseases (including malaria), and health financing schemes. HealthNet TPO offers ground-breaking and unconventional solutions that foster self-reliance and promote sustainable health care that is accessible to all. HealthNet TPO in Afghanistan aims to improve the health status of the people in Afghanistan by supporting the local communities and the Government of Afghanistan in the development of a sustainable health care system. HealthNet TPO is working in Afghanistan since 1994, implementing integrated health projects managed mainly by national staff and supported technically by expatriate staff from the headquarter office. HealthNet TPO Afghanistan is providing Primary Health Care, Mental Health and psychosocial services, fighting malaria and supporting Mother & Child Health Care in terms of providing training for Community Midwifes and to conduct operation research. Health Net TPO is currently implementing projects in 22 provinces and the major program it implements are Malaria Control program, BPHS/EPHS, C-IMCI , CME, CHNE, public private partnership, nutrition and Mental Health and Psychosocial program through a community system strengthening approach.

گرفتن مشاهده و تکميل معاينات مريضان داخل بستر و مراقبت هاي قبل و بعداز پروسیجرهای مريضان.
عرضه خدمات سر اپا براي مريضان خارج بستر(OPD).
اجراي نوکريهاي شبانه مطابق به جدول تهيه شده از طرف اداره شفاخانه .
همکاري نزديک با سر پرستار وارد در قسمت درخواست و توزيع ادويه مورد ضرورت مريضان داخل بستر.
ارزيابي از اينکه آيا مريضان داخل ادويه مورد ضرورت خود را مطابق به دوسيه خود دريافت مينمايند.
تعقيب معاينات لابراتواري مريضان داخل بستر.
تکميل دوسيه مريضانيکه از شفاخانه مرخص ميگردند و توصيه Discharge slip
سپري نمودن ارزیابی شش ماهه و سالانه از طرف اداره شفاخانه
حل مشکلاتهاي سرويس مربوطه با تفاهم به همکاران ، متخصصين و دوکتوران .
تعقيب نمودن پروگرامهاي تربيوي مطابق به رهمنود های وزارت صحت عامه و موسسه HN-TPO .
دارای سلوک و شخصیت مهربان
تهيه کنفرانس هاي علمي جهت ارتقاع ظرفيت خود و اشتراک در کنفرانس هاي علمي که از طرف اداره راه اندازي ميگردد.
تکمیل نمودن تمام دوسیه های مریضان داخل بستر
تمام معلومات های مریضان تحت تعقیب عدلی ، قضایی و جنایی را تکمیل نموده و ان را حفظ و نګهداشتن را نیز مسؤلیت دارد.
برخورد نيک و دوستانه با مريضان و مراجعين
مراعات نمودن يونيفورم طبي در او قات کار در داخل شفاخانه
تعقيب تطبيق و مراعات نمودن جدي ستندرد هاي تعين شده در بخش مر بوطه
اشتراک فعال در ارزيابي ربع وار ستندرد هاي تعين شده ، تهيه اکشن پلان در بخش مربوطه
تمام فارمت های HMIS را مطابق به استندرت تطیق و عملی نمودن .
در وقت ضرورت رفتن به وارد دیګر به خاطر Consultation
در اوقات رسمی مطابق اصول،پالیسی و تقسیم اوقات در وظیفه حاضر بودن اګر اداره از امور فوق علاوه کدام تصمیم در رابطه شخص میګیرد شخص مذکور مکلف است ان را باید بپزیرد.
