Job Description

The Complaint Mechanism Operator will ensure coherent and timely response to feedback and complaints from project stakeholders.

Management of complaint response mechanism (CRM):

  • Ensure that all information related to complaints is properly recorded and that the logbook is clean.
  • Follow proper implementation of CRM standard operating procedures and refer all cases to the appropriate focal point.
  • Ensure follow-up of all cases referred to the management team until the closure of the case.
  • Ensure proper archiving for future reference and submit timely complaints reports!
  • Participate in training field teams on CRM information plan.

Ethic and professional practice:

  • Display high commitment to confidentiality.
  • Address beneficiaries’ feedbacks and complaints in a professional manner and provide accurate information on SI programs and CRM

Reporting:

  • Bring to light any difficulty linked to his or her activities, to the programs of Solidarity or security concerns.

Report any information or difficulty connected to his/her activity.

Job Requirements

University degree.

Having  one (1) year silmilier experience (MEAL, Data collection, CRM).

Clear understanding of accountability to affected persons and procedures for handling complaint and feedback.

Exellent Excel skils for database management, analysis and presentation.

Strong Report writing skills.

 Ability to learn and work in a blended environment using digital tools to learn, manage tasks and complete assessement/assignments.

Ability to confidently demonstrate intercultural understanding through working in diverse groups.

Ability to confidently express his/herslef unsing clear and non-verbal communication in English, Pashto and Balouch. Dari is bouns.

 Ability to listen and take on board information. Can understand others' perceptions, opinions, concerns and provide respectable feedback when appropriate
