Organization for Community Coordination and Development (OCCD) established and registered with the Ministry of Economy in 2013, is a non-profit, non-governmental, non-political, and independent organization. OCCD works in partnership with Government, development and implementing partners in Health, Education, Agriculture, and Livestock, Research and Development

 

Job Description

  • Manage  and conduct session and visit from the  related community
  • Plan the agenda of community dialogue in advance
  • Conduct community dialogue considering three phases
  • Ensure the purpose of the triggering session is clear
  • Keeps the triggering session focused
  • Helps and support participants to draw conclusions at the end and determine clear action
  • He/ She should lead the discussions in a smooth manner
  • He/ She visit and coordinate related issue with the community
  • He/ She should support and guide CHWs and CHWs when required
  • Prepare action plan with the support of supervisor and coordinator 
  • Any other task assigned by supervisor and coordinator

Job Requirements

  • At least para-medical or above
  • 3 years of experience (2 or more years in training/ facilitation, etc
  • Good communication skills (written and spoken) of Pashto, Dari
  • Demonstrated skills in health management and ability to work effectively as part of a team 
  • Ability to travel to fields.
  • CBHC background is preferable.
