Our Network

We have invested more than $700 million to date in our network that covers 387 districts, cities and towns in all of Afghanistan’s 34 provinces and reaches more than 91% of the country’s population.

Roshan operates a world-class Network Operations Center (NOC) and an internationally-certified (ISO) Call Center inside Afghanistan that handles more than 250,000 calls per week.

Job Description

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Research, identify, communicate, follow up and co-ordinate pursuit activities in a timely for effective sales strategy.

Lead, initiate and drive sales for the company's products and solutions to achieve sales target and revenue goals.

Be accountable for other certain works as assigned from immediate superior level.

Progressing towards activity targets and KPI’s set by the sales manager.

Perform ISP sales activities to achieve company sales objectives.

Identify and contact potential customers for business opportunities.

Schedule daily customer appointments and make product presentations if required.

Update customer database with contact details and interest information from prospective customers.

Perform daily tasks based on assigned work plan.

Maintain profitable and productive relationships with customers.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge about product information and promotions.

Attend sales training and educational programs for professional development.

Communicate with customers through phone, e-mails, chats and personal visits.

Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.

Work independently or in a team to achieve monthly sales quota.

Provide excellent services and ensure customer satisfaction.

Make inbound and outbound calls to sell company products.

Develop sales funnel and determine sales forecast and projections.

Stay abreast with online marketing trends and competitors.

Identify, contact and build relationships with prospective customers through a combination of telephone and in-person cold calls, networking and referrals to obtain appointments.

Doing over 10 visit of potential customers and send out the minutes of the meeting to the customer.

Investigating and resolving queries from customers.

Any others official task assigned by the line managers.

Job Requirements

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field is required.
EXPERIENCES:
• More than 2 years of work experience in Telecommunication companies or reputable ISP on sales departments is required.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCES
• Having computer knowledge, (MS Office, internet & email)
• Fluent National Languages (Dari & Pashto)
• Fluent in English Language
IT KNOWLEDGE:
• Advance knowledge of IT
