Job Description

HEWAD is a non-governmental, non-political and non-profitable charity organization established in 1994 to provide Medical, Educational, Social and Humanitarian Assistance to needy people of Afghanistan. HEWAD implements primary health care for needy people of Afghanistan, and within those focuses on the provision of health care to the most vulnerable group, children and women. HEWAD provides perfect health education, information, and service to Afghans in order to improve their living condition.

 

Job Description:

HEWAD is hiring an individual for Education Trainer, kindly review the list of responsibilities and qualification, and we will consider candidates that do not have all of the qualification but those who have sufficient experience and talent.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  •  Experience with assessment of behaviors and development of behavior support plans for school and community environments.
  • Work with administrative staff to develop agendas, certificates, tests and to schedule instructors for internal courses and external training requests.
  • Demonstrate training effectiveness through systematic program evaluation and continuous improvement strategy.
  • Provide timely evaluation and feedback to trainees and their managers/supervisors
  • Maintain Instructor Certification (and any other professional licensure).
  • Experience working with a variety of educational delivery methods.
  • Requires ability to speak effectively in front of large audiences.
  • Analyze current training program objectives, delivery methods, and standards.
  • Prepare and deliver reports, studies, briefings, or point papers containing findings/results and recommendations for achieving training program requirements.
  • Assist in the modification and/or development of training program objectives, delivery methods, and standards
  • Collaborate with Operational Leaders and Learning Center Colleagues to develop strategies and plans.
  • Lead, facilitate or participate on multi-disciplinary project teams, committees, utilizing the Learning Center consulting model.
  • Creating and designing training sessions that meet the needs of various professional development goals for teachers, administrators, and beyond.
  • Delivering activity-based training sessions for Teachers that are highly engaging and technically informative.
  • Utilizing multiple training platforms, including face-to-face sessions, live virtual webinars, and recorded webinars.
  • Writing and editing training materials and documents.
  • Participating in continuous process improvement.
  • Shall maintain and teach CBE training course that will familiarize CBE personnel with existing training modules, CBE processes and procedures, and acquisition systems and networks.
  • Serves as a Training Specialist providing technical guidance in performing all phases of Information Operations course-ware development and presentation.
  • Helps the CBE Teachers to develop curriculum using analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation in the systematic steps and processes of the Accountable Instructional System.
  • Maintains training and professional development.
  • Provides technical advice and guidance to personnel at other training schools on the development of current and future Information Operations training.
  • Applies a variety of learning strategies and models for CBE learners, including experiential blended learning, application of learning technologies and approaches to instructional and curriculum design methodologies
  • Assists in the development and execution of training.
 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Education.
  • Proven experience of at least 3 years in a relevant role.
  • Exceptional communication skills, particularly in the local languages (Dari/Pashtu).
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure programs are completed within scheduled timelines.
  • Ability to organize and conduct seminars and workshops for teacher and staff development.
  • Adaptability in adjusting technical language and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders within the organization.
  • Sound judgment for assessing staff performance and capacity building for effective program implementation.
  • Ability to work under pressure with honesty and responsibility.
