About Afghanaid

Afghanaid is a British international NGO (www.afghanaid.org.uk) that has been working in Afghanistan since 1983. Headquartered in Kabul, Afghanaid implements projects directly in 8 provinces and through partners in a further number of provinces and maintains a marketing and fundraising office in London. Afghanaid works in some of the most remote areas of the country and through a range of programme interventions supports development of basic services, such as water and sanitation, access roads, education facilities and other community infrastructure; strengthens livelihoods through improved natural resource management, agricultural and small enterprise development, and improved access to markets; and provides humanitarian assistance in times of emergencies. Gender mainstreaming, local governance and community development are integrated into all of Afghanaid’s work. The results achieved have earned Afghanaid the respect and recognition of stakeholders as an effective and collaborative charity.

Job Description

Specific Responsibilities:

• Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
• Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.)
• Prepares Lunch and dinner in accordance to planned menu.
• Preparing the morning tea table for staff
• Must be able to prepare different kinds of food, and bring changes every week in the dinner menu and bring changes every month in the lunch menu
• Sets up food presentation at the serving table.
• Ensures the kitchen is stocked with sufficient food supplies necessary to prepare dinner.
• Strictly adheres to food preparation procedures and hygiene standards of maintaining the kitchen
• Prepare refreshment and food for the workshops and meetings
• Check food while cooking to stir or turn
• Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
• Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
• Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
• Check quality of ingredients
• To perform any other related duties as required by the line manager.

مسولیت های مشخص آشپز :

آشپز باید آشپز خانه را با تمام وسایل آشپری و اشیای مورد ضرورت آشپز خانه تجهیز نماید.

آشپز باید اشیای که برای پخت وپز استفاده میشود آماده داشته باشد مانند تخته ای که گوشت و یا سبزی جات را روی آن خورد میکند.

آماده نمودن غذای چاشت و شب طبق پلان داده شده.

آشپز باید قابلیت انواع مختلف غذا ها را داشته و هفته وار در مینوی شام  تعیرات بیاورد و بصورت ماهوار تغییرات در مینوی غذایی نهار بیاورد .

باید راجع به غذای آماده شده در هنگام صرف غذا توضیحات بدهد.

همیشه باید اصول آماده ساختن غذا را مد نظر داشته و استفاده از مواد تمیز کننده در آشپز خانه استفاده نماید.

آماده نمودن چای و شرینی و غذا در میتنگ ها و یا مهمانی های دفتر.

درموقع پختن غذا را بچرخاند تا از پخت آن مطمعین شود.

مطمعین باشد تا با لباس پاک و منظم و با ظروف پاک در وقت توضع غذا آماده باشد.

آشپزخانه و محیط آنرا باید ضدعفونی و پاک نماید.

مطمعین باشد که تمام غذا ها و دیگر اشیا در جای مناسب نگهداری شود.

از کیفیت مواد غذایی و آشپزخانه خود را مطمعین سازد.

اطاعت از دستوراتی که در رابطه ازطرف آمر مربوطه داده میشود.

طول درخواستی شما نباید بیش از 2 صفحه استاندارد A4 باشد و توضیح دهد که چگونه شرایط لازم را برآورده می کنید و اینکه چرا احساس می کنید کاندیدای مناسبی برای این وظیفه هستید. CV شما نباید بیش از 4 صفحه باشد و شامل 3 مرجع رسمی ای professional references) باشد. نظر  به دقت و سبکی که در درخواستی و CV خود را ارائه می دهید ،  تاثیر مهم در شارت( لیست خواهند داشت.  به دلیل حجم بالای درخواستی ها که دریافت می کنیم، نمی توانیم به هر درخوتسیت پاسخ دهیم. اگر ظرف 2 هفته پس از تاریخ ختم اعلان از ما خبری نداشتید، در شارت لست موفق نشده اید.
