Job Description

To follow the contact tracing process of the suspected COVID-19 cases at provincial level
Implement at provincial level the deaths reporting and verification SoP developed by the national vital statistic department
Coordinate deaths reporting and verification activities within provincial health directorate and BPHS and EPHS implementing NGOs
Implement at provincial level the births registration SoP developed by the national vital statistic department
Coordinate births registration activities within provincial health directorate and BPHS and EPHS implementing NGOs
On the job training of the health facility staff on births registration system
Ensure births registration cards are available at the health facility level
Cross verify the birth registration against skilled birth attendance reported in HMIS
Monitor and supervise the births registration and deaths verification activities at provincial level

Any other task assigned by supervisor if needed

Job Requirements

Individuals having at least 14^th degree, preferably with medical background

Desirable (working experience public health management and the medical field)

Strong inter-personal skills and ability to work well in team
Fluent in local languages and awareness on the local context
Have the needed knowledge of English language as well
Experience in using a computer and tablets
