Organizer

• Conduct COVID-19 awareness raising sessions to community when needed

د اړتیا په وخت کې ټولنې ته د COVID-19 پوهاوي غونډې ترسره کړئ

• Participate into cash distribution of each of shelter millstones.

• د هر سرپناه  دپلان مطابق نغدي ویش کې برخه واخلئ.

• Facilitate the awareness raising of personal hygiene and sanitation in each of target community that the latrine is constructed.
• په هره نښه شوې ټولنه کې چې تشناب جوړ شوی وي د شخصي حفظ الصحې او نظافت په اړه د پوهاوي لوړولو کې اسانتیاوې برابروي.
• Ensure relevant project information’s are communicated to the right holders in a timely and appropriate manner
• ډاډ ترلاسه کړئ چې د پروژې اړوند معلومات په مناسب وخت او مناسبه توګه حق لرونکو ته رسول کیږي

Advocate:

• Raise awareness of the community that they themselves can help each other bring the community out of vulnerability/Risk, and to show them ways they can do this for themselves
• د ټولنې د پوهاوي کچه لوړه کړي چې دوی پخپله کولی شي د یو بل سره مرسته وکړي چې ټولنه د زیان مننې/خطر څخه راوباسي، او دوی ته هغه لارې وښيي چې دوی د ځان لپاره دا کار کولی شي.
• Assist the community in obtaining information and knowledge about the project intervention outreach programs

د پروژې اړوند پوهاوي پروګرامونو په اړه د معلوماتو او پوهې په ترلاسه کولو کې د ټولنې سره مرسته وکړی

Enabler:

• Assist in any assessment deemed necessary for the project implementation
• په هره ارزونه کې چې د پروژې پلي کولو لپاره اړین ګڼل کیږي مرسته وکړئ
• Develop trust, tolerance and co-operation among community and community leaders
• د ټولنې او د ټولنې د مشرانو ترمنځ د باور، زغم او هماهنګۍ وده رامنځ ته کړی

Mediator:

• Intervenes in disputes between community members and help them find compromises, reconcile differences, or reach mutually satisfying agreements by taking a neutral stance between the involved parties. Whenever appropriate seek the support of the CDC and community leaders in resolving disputes

د ټولنې د غړو ترمنځ په شخړو کې مداخله کوي او د ښکیلو اړخونو ترمنځ د بې طرفه دریځ په نیولو سره د جوړجاړي په موندلو، اختلافاتو پخلا کولو، یا د متقابل اطمینان لرونکي موافقتنامې ته رسیدو کې مرسته کوي.

Innovator:

• Enables the community leaders and CDC to try out new ways and means to find solutions to their needs and problems
• In collaboration with the project technical staff design innovative approaches in drawing out learnings and practices participatory action research topic

Trainer:

• Provide community awareness on COVID 19 prevention measures

• Provide community information on Community Compliant and Feedback Mechanisms

Monitoring and Reporting نظارت و گذارش دهی        

• Collate and maintain all village specific data and information and share this with the MEAL unit
• Ensure regular monitoring of all project activities in the given villages and as per agreed plans and systems (indicators, formants, intervals etc.)
• Organize participatory monitoring visits with governmental line agencies together with community level stakeholders
• Ensure regular information collection on each agreed indicators and reported through reports as per organizational and donor needs.
• Develop and submit monthly work plans and submit report to Project Manager

Others:

• Under any task assigned by line manager that is relevant with Concern mandate and values as well as programme goals and objectives.
• د هرې دندې لپاره د مدیر لخوا ګمارل شوي چې دکنسرن  ماموریت او ارزښتونو او همدارنګه د برنامې له  اهدافو سره تړاو لري

Working Conditions د کار شرایط:

• Will be based in the district and will be working in remote villages that may involve some physical hardship and little comfort
• Will be responsible to cover up to 10 villages depending upon proximity and target population
• په ولسوالۍ کې میشته به وي او په لیرې پرتو کلیو کې به کار وکړي چې ممکن یو څه فزیکي سختۍ او لږ آرامی هم  ولري
• د نږدې 10 کلیو پوښلو مسؤلیت به ولری  او دا کاردی ټولنی په  نفوس پورې اړه ولري
• Will be staying in villages and work with the community
• Command of Pashto or any local languages will be an asset including English
• Training in community organizing/mobilization is an advantage
• Knowledge of basic IT tools particularly MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
