About BARAN

Bu Ali Rehabilitation and Aid Network (BARAN) is a nongovernmental, non-political and independent organization. BARAN has been established in 27.7.2006 registered with the Ministry of Economy (MoEc), Ministry of Public Health (MoPH), Ministry of Education (MoE) , Ministry of labour, Social Affairs, Martyrs and Disabled (MoLSAMD), Ministry of Justice (MoJ)  in order to deliver standard health care, social and educational services including conducting researches. Special attention is given for the community development by promoting capacity building programs.

 

Job Description

To plan, organize, and staffing, leading and controlling of  CME  projects;
Lead the process of developing the training plan in coordination with trainers and clinical instructors;
Plan and oversee the process of procurement of CME school supply and equipment;
 Establish effective coordination mechanism with PPHD and other stakeholders;
Provide the standard curriculum for CME school in close coordination with training  coordinators and trainers;
 Oversee the operation system (admin, logistic, finance, human resource) of the school;
Conduct regular monitoring/supervision for CME schools;
Ensure timely reporting of the CME schools;
 Lead the recruitment process;
Facilitate accreditation process of the school;
Check the daily evaluation forms of the students
Check the financial document and report of the CME schools;
Plan and lead the post training follow-up;
Develop follow-up action plan for internal and external monitoring findings;
Developing professional and technical filing system;
Ensure meeting the financial and technical reporting deadlines;
Providing and interpreting  the financial information;
Develop financial management mechanism that can minimize financial risk;
Manage financial expenditures in line with BARAN, MOPH,  and donor requirements;
Coordinate and facilitate joint monitoring from CME schools.

Job Requirements

Midwifery degree from registration institute.

At least five years experience in the related section 

Interpersonal and managerial and conflict resolution skills.
Communication skills and knowledge of local communities.
Knowledge of English, National and local Languages.
Negotiate skills in multicultural and multilingual environment
