Job Description

  Position summary:

The cleaner is responsible for daily cleaning. The main responsibility is to clean all areas of the office. The cleaner should maintain good communication and have good relationship with office staff.

The main responsibilities are listed as below:

  • Cleaning of all office areas including office carpets of
  • Responsible for the cleaning of office tables, chairs, and counters, carrying out tasks such as dusting, spraying, and cleaning
  • Responsible for removing trash in office areas on daily basis
  • Responsible for cleaning bathrooms on daily basis
  • Responsible for cleaning of conference rooms, management offices, etc
  • Responsible for cleaning office yard as well cleaning of garden
  • Responsible   to stock cleaning materials and use it base of need
  • Responsible to report his/her line manger on regular basis
  • Having good communication skill
  • Having good relationship with office personal
  • Be Punctual
  • The office must be notified a day in advance of taking leave
  • The tasks should be Performed in a timely and efficient manner, as requested by the direct line manager
 

Job Requirements

Academic Background and Knowledge

  • High school graduation or at least graduated from grade 6th
  • 3 years of experience in similar position with an NGO or recognized company

Skills

  • Fluent in verbal and written Dari/Pashto language
  • To ensure high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all areas of work
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Dynamic, flexible/adaptable
  • Sense of responsibility and care
  • Literacy & counting
  • Honest
