Fluent in Dari, Pashto, written and spoken, English is required
To be familiar with crowd controlling and be capable to deal with tough clients.
To be physically fit and healthy and strong enough to deal willingly with the clients.
To have experience in managing tough clients, during large number of distributions.
To have experience in crowed controlling.
To be familiar with the SCOPE system and should be capable to enter data into the system.
Previous experience in a similar role
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in team;
Be adapted to hard working environment;
Honest, active and well mannered
Punctual
Being an Afghan citizen

Job Requirements

Main Responsibilities:

The Distribution Facilitator is responsible to assist the community mobilizers in identification of the selected beneficiaries such as checking of IDs/Voucher etc…
Being responsible in controlling the crowd during the distribution day at the distribution sites.
To make sure discipline and keep calm the crowd is the main responsibility of the distribution facilitator.
Being responsible to make proper arrangement and to keep the crowd in line, navigate them through the distribution site, help the community mobilizer/distribution facilitators.
To cooperate & facilitate in Voucher distribution and in Cash distribution as per the approved list.
To cooperate and support facilitate in SCOPE registration and team.
To assist the crowed control team and information desk staff team in supporting the distribution process.
To communicate with the target groups and provide the project team with a disciplined project sites.
To closely work & cooperate with transportation team to coordinate pick and drop and delivery activities
To review and recommend improvements for existing distribution instructions.
To implement the project’s activities and ensure safe delivery of the activities as per the project implementation plan.
