Bost Organization for Development came into its formal and legal existence as a nonprofit non-governmental organization in 2018. BOD is a composite of several expert groups with diverse expertise in the field of social and economic development. The formation of BOD was inspired by the need for an organization that is comprised of dedicated and passionate development experts. BOD is registered with the ministry of economy under license number: 4477. The scope of its activities includes the implementation and facilitation of development programs in agriculture, economy, education, infrastructure and people development.
BOD was founded with the purpose of addressing challenges associated with rural community development; sustainable education, life skills, clean water, sanitation, healthcare and vocational training for underprivileged rural citizens.
BOD was formed as response to the social and economic needs of the community; BOD deals with the present socio-economic problems in different villages by means of good understanding issues and finding sustainable and community led/driven solutions.
